He is survived by: his uncle Ricky; his children, Pedro Neal, Richard Andrews, Jr. (Crystal) of Tampa, Reginald Johnson of Warrenton and Ta'Mara Stephens of Albany, Georgia; his grandchildren, Tatiyana Neal, Richard Andrews, Jasani Andrews and Kameron Andrews; his siblings, Willie Bell Minor of Snellville, Willie Ben Andrews (Christine) of Atlanta, Dorothy Merriweather (Earnest), Annie Andrews of Jewell, Juanita Hull (Robert) of Sumter and Pearl Ivey (Eddie) of Augusta; his siblings-in-law, Leonard Ivey of Snellville and Georgia Andrews of Decatur; his uncle L. C. Moss of Detroit, Michigan; and his pet Grady Warthen (Sara). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
