It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina Washington (Warrenton, Georgia), who passed away on January 23, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Lamar Shepperd and Martha Brown Shepperd; and her grandchild Jena Rodgers. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Rodgers (Mack) of Camak, Von Phillips (Mark) of Stapleton, GA, Robin Aycock (Randall) of California and Jackie Thompson of Warrenton; her sisters, Brenda Anglin of Thomaston, GA, Sharon Shepperd of Gibson and Rosemary of Warrenton; her grandchildren, Christopher Rodgers, Dalton Rodgers, Ray Rodgers, Kevin Phillips, Daniel Phillips and Heather Bennett; and her close friend Bobby McGahee. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
