He is survived by: his sons, Quentin Lewis of Fayetteville and Nathaniel Lewis III of Douglasville, Georgia; and his sisters, Mattie West of Sparta, Mary Ann Andrews (Marty) of Warrenton, Lillie Lewis of Sparta, Ethel Horton (Alvin) of Conyers, Elizabeth Jackson (Wilbert) of White Plains, Hattie Atwaters (Michael) of Union Point and Mary Ann Williams of Sparta, Georgia. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.
