He was predeceased by: his parent Dorothy Acuff Hendrix. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Hendrix of Warrenton, Georgia; his children, Jeremy Saladino and Jennifer Saladino; his father Harold Hendrix of Washington State; and his brothers, Lonnie Hendrix of Washington and Robert Hendrix of Ohio.
