It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Allen (Warrenton, Georgia), who passed away on April 1, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Grier and Sallie Mae Ivey Grier; her spouse Willie James Allen; and her siblings, Lula Lee and Roy Grier.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Threat (Cecil), Michael Allen, Kathy (Pastor Freddie Neal, Sr.), Melvin Allen and Sandra Ivey; her sisters, Rosa Williams and Rosalind Engram (Terry); her sister-in-law Ophelia Berry (Charles); her grandchildren, Erica, Jermael, Chris (April), Tyneisha, Marcus, Freddie, Jr., Tyjah, Jared, Montrell, Asia, Maleek and Garrison; and her great grandchildren, London and Evelyn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
