He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Sheryl Dotson King; his parents, Lena Bell Wimpy King and Arthur Douglas King; and his son Jeffrey H. King. He is survived by: his children, Joley A. Covington (Scott) of Warrenton and James C. King (Jenny) of Snellville; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey D. Fowler of Waarrenton and Jessica N. Fowler of Waarrenton.
