He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Annabella Bowman Barrow and William James Barrow; his wife Ute Stimmler Barrow; and his children, Jennifer Foraker (Houston) of Thomson, Timothy A. Barrow (Katherine) of Thomson and Eric J. Barrow (Nikki) of Warrenton. He was also cherished by sixteen grandchildren.
