He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pierce Langford, Sr. and Gladys Allen Langford; his siblings, George Pierce Langford, Jr. and Virginia Langford Sisk; and his brother-in-law Gene Chalker.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Chalker Langford; his sister Catherine Langford; his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Langford, Reba Allen, Stella Chalker and Wayne Chalker; his nieces and nephews, George Pierce Langford, III, Julie Durham, Carolyn Deadwyler, Nancy Cleveland, Allen Sisk, Roger Sisk, Vicki Allen Jones (Wayne), Debbie Radford (Randy), Mark Chalker (Teresa), Rusty Allen (Libby), Peggy Newsome (James), Becky Gunn and Bobby Chalker (Sheryll); and his friends, Gunn and Amy Stewart. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
