She is survived by: her sister Dorothy Akins of Mableton; and her nieces and nephews, Roy (Rose), Eddie (Kathy), William "Billy" (Brenda), Patricia Ware, Lisa (Kenny), Carl, Cheryl, Melissa, Jule, David, Clyde, Gloria, Mary Carol (Nathan) and James (Peggy).
