He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Carter and Carolyn Jones Winn; his grandparents, George, Sadie Winn, Thomas and Ferne Jones; and his father-in-law George Martin Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Hall Winn; his children, Spencer Maxim Winn of Warner Robins, Sydney Malvina Winn of Warner Robins, Seth Carter Winn of Warner Robins and Additionally; his sisters, Patsy Winn Myers (John) of Cleveland, Tennessee and Elizabeth Winn Thompson (Barry) of Lexington; and his sisters-in-law, Sheila Meadows of Byron and Sherry Malone of Winder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Sandy Valley Baptist Church (1124 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
