She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Vining and Addie Duffee Vining; her husband Gilbert Wiley Barwick; and her siblings, Leroy, Lin Vining, Peggy Colvin and Marcia Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Byron Morgan (Robin) of Warner Robins, Dawn Martin of Byron, Darien Morgan (Beverly) of Byron and Chris Morgan (Mathew) of Austell, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Faith Sandoval (Daniel), Kayla Williams (Rodney), Kirk Martin (Amy), Dustin Morgan (Gabrielle), Bradley Morgan (Michael), Collin Morgan (Dana), Dillon Morgan (Bethany), Mason Morgan (Macey) and Aaron Morgan (Kaitlyn). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.
