It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Franklin (Warner Robins, Georgia), born in Perry, Georgia, who passed away on May 23, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Brown Collins and Frances Louise Collins (Sapp); and her brother Tony Collins. She is survived by: her children, Amanda Louise Bussell (Michael) of Hawkinsville, GA and Bradley Joe Franklin (Buffi) of Warner Robins, GA; and her grandchildren, Julie, Lance, Megan, Bradley, Jr., Brailynn and Braxton.
