With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Cloutier Blanco in Warner Robins, Georgia, born in Morgan City, Louisiana, who passed away on December 27, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Maurice Blanco; and her parents, Clive Henry and Gladys Hotard Cloutier. She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Blanco Vick (Brian) of Warner Robins, Georgia and Charlene Blanco Lilly of Walker, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Katie Vick Techman (Chris), Jacob Vick, Nathan Lilly and Avery Lilly; and her brother Clive "Rusty" Cloutier (Brenda) of Lafayette, Louisiana. She is also survived by nieces, a nephew and cousins.
