Though Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Thomas and Ada Lee Lowery Yawn; her husband Kenneth Leslie Grantham (KL); and her siblings, Rreece Ellis (Willard), Henry Thomas Yawn, Jr. (Emmie) and Lula Belle Bryan.
She is survived by: her daughter Mona Padgett (Drew); her granddaughter Bobbie Proffitt (Harrison); and her great grandchild Tatum Ruth Proffitt. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Calendar Central Baptist Church (1120 Lake Joy Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088).
