He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Carter of Bonaire, Georgia; his children, Kevin Carter (Cyndi) of Bonaire, Dean Carter of Kathleen and Wendy Diessner (Bill) of Trophy Club, Texas; his grandchildren, Jennifer Calhoun (Jesse) of Perry, Jason Carter (Jennie) of Kathleen, Travis Carter (Ashley) of Mt. Pleasant, Nicholas Diessner of Dallas, Rachel Diessner of Dallas, William Diessner (Addison) of O'Fallon, Matthew Diessner (Caroline Peavy) of The Colony and Sarah Diessner of Trophy Club, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Chandler Calhoun of Warner Robins, Jodi Calhoun of Macon, Cade Calhoun of Perry and Brooks Carter of Kathleen.
