It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rodney Joseph Currey (Warner Robins, Georgia), born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on April 21, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Currey and George Currey; and his brother Robert Currey (Gayle). He is survived by: his wife Betsy Currey; his children, Matthew Currey (Jaime), Adrienne Boeschen (Steven) and Jennifer Carpenter (Bryce); his grandchildren, Evan Ramsey, Annabelle Blair, Josh Blair and Chloe Carpenter; and his brother Daniel Currey (Donna). He is also survived by friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully request donations be made to The Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, 1826 Veterans Blvd, Dublin, GA 31021.
