She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Crumley and Elizabeth Hanson Crumley; her significant other Fred Carruth; her brothers, David Crumley and Dicky Crumley; and her siblings-in-law, James Harold Shields and LaDonna Crumley.
She is survived by: her son Chris Carruth of Warner Robins; her grandson Connor Carruth; her sister Annette Crumley Shields of Warner Robins; and her sister-in-law Rachel Reed Crumley of Bonaire. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
