He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Popkoski and Genevieve Popkoski; and his son John Popkoski. He is survived by: his wife Kil Sun Popkoski; his son James Popkoski (Won Kyung) of South Korea; his grandchildren, Kiyana, Do Yoon, Asher and Chloe; and his in-laws, Tae Yong, Tong Sim Pak, Kyong Min, Bruce Pyong Hon Yi and Dee Kyongok Winecoff.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McCullough Funeral Home (417 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088).
