He is survived by: his wife Erika; his children, Michael Caleb Crook, Abbie Joy Crook and Ayla Maddison Crook; his father James F. Crook (Mary); his brother Jeffery P. Crook (Andrea); and his stepsister Jill M. Etheridge.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar McCullough Funeral Home (417 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
