He is survived by: his wife Linda Chase Hardy; his children, Joshua Hardy, Leila Rogers (Dustin), Devin Daye and Krystin Hardy; his grandchild Sylar Sims; and his brother Mike Hardy (Shirley). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
