He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kesler and Ruth Cotner Kesler. He is survived by: his wife Susan Freund; and his children, Elizabeth J. Hunter (John), Anne M. Harter (Bob), Peter W. Kesler (Lyn), Nicholas A. Kesler (Sarah) and Samuel J. Kesler (Lisa). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mount Calvary Lutheran Church Youth Group, 336 Carl Vinson Parkway, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
