She was predeceased by: her father John Simmons; and her brother Sammy Malpass. She is survived by: her mother Mabel Carpenter (Ron) of Keystone Heights, Florida; her husband Jonathan Anthony Logan; her children, Gianna Cioffi of Seattle, Washington, Domenick Marotta of Kennesaw, Brianna Logan of Dallas, Texas and Kalisi Logan of Austin, Texas; and her siblings, Wanda Malpass of Myrtle Beach and John Wayne Simmons of Delco.
