He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sapp, Sr. and Linnie Smith Sapp; his former wife Carolyn Henson Sapp; and his siblings, Alton Sapp and Margaret Douglas.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Loggins Sapp; his children, Keith Sapp, Kevin Sapp (Tamara), Cindy Rountree (Don) and Lander Stinson; his grandchildren, Reva Eubanks, Matthew Sapp, Sarah Sapp, Brooks Wethington, Joshua Fetters, Haley McLeod, Heather Rountree and Kenny Rountree; and his sisters, Doris Garis, Linda Meadors and Vickie Keaton. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
