She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Riggs and Dorothy Riggs; her former husband James Herrin; her husband Walter Pugh; and her sisters, Judy Jacque and Dot Lang.
She is survived by: her pet Monte; her children, Scott Herrin (Vicki) and Shari Bergman (Jeff); her grandchildren, Zack Prager, Amanda Fagan and Brandon Herrin; her great grandchildren, Norah and Oliver; and her siblings, Eleanor Dutcher of Cortland, NY and Charles Riggs of Homer, NY.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
