She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shock and Leona Roberts Shock; her husband William Hoover; and her sons, Kevin Vos and B. J. Hoover.

She is survived by: her children, Steve, Edward and Rory Vos. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
