She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Smith and Sarah Smith; and her stepson Mike Rohlf. She is survived by: her sister Barbara Chapman (Jack); her daughter Lisa Ellingson (Jason); her grandsons, Joshua and Andrew; and her stepchildren, Stevie Rohlf (Kristi) and Carrie Kroetz.
