He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Pereski and Anna Pereski (Derhak); and his brothers, Archie and Wally Pereski. He is survived by: his wife Faye Kirkland Pereski; his children, Mitchell Pereski (Jane) of Houston, TX, Valerie Pereski of Arden, NC and Vincent Pereski (Sheila) of Ringgold, GA; his grandchildren, Benjamin Pereski (ArMiew) of Boston, MA and Grace McAlexander (David) of Ringgold, GA; his great grandchild Hazel Gabriella Pereski; and his sister Joan Pshebnaski.
