She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Chris Kirby; her daughter Veronica Jacobsen; her stepchildren, Laura Sink (Dustin), Ashley Kirby and Brian Kirby (Ashley); her parents, Wayne Jacobsen and Janice Lipinski Jacobsen; her siblings, Amber Prather (Troit), Laura O'Reilly (Shawn) and Erin Jacobsen; and her nieces and nephews, Gabriel Jacobsen, Ziva Prather, Isaac Prather and Gideon Prather. She was also cherished by three grandchildren.
