Neal of Coral Springs, Steven Warren (Kerry) of Warner Robins, Lori Ann Warren of Sanford and Denise Warren of Lake Worth, Florida; her grandchildren, Jenna Michele Neal of Coral Springs, Robert Stephenson of Sanford, Hannah Leigh Warren of Dublin and Caleb James Warren of Cairo, Georgia; her adoptive daughter Jennifer D'Amore; her sisters, Phyllis Longtoe of Dixmont and Barbara Ann Curry of Saugerties; and her caregivers, Charity, Amanda and Jennifer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
