She was predeceased by: her mother Christine Mason; her husband Robert Barney; and her siblings, Ava Ruth Tharpe and Leroy Mason, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Quinton Mason (Nancy), Carter Mason (Ester), Ricky Mason and Shirley Ann Mason; and her close friend Tony Felder. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Margaret Barney to the Byron Lions Club.
