He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Walter and Margaret Louise Arnold Cook; his granddaughter Brittany Cook; and his brother-in-law Wendell Ratterree. He is survived by: his wife Monica Cook of Haynesville; his children, Kimberly Armhold (George) of New York, Lonnie Cook, Jr. (Kathy) of Lizella and Kayle Cook (Dawn) of Warner Robins; his stepdaughters, Rebekah Waymack (Matt), Theresa Tomlinson and Elizabeth Irby (Gene); his siblings, Emily Ratterree, Shelby Duffy (Andy), Mary Frances Thompson (Robert) and Charles "Buster" Cook (Susan); and his pet Cat Cook. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
