She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Tuttle, Sr. and Lavenia Hill Tuttle; and her husband Vernon Charles Bowen. She is survived by: her sons, Chad Bowen (Jill) of Bonaire and Jason Bowen (Terri) of Perry; her significant other Johnny Dobson of Kathleen; her grandchildren, Joseph Harker, Nicholas Harker, Aaron Bowen, Linley Bowen, Logan Kent and Luke Kent; her great grandchild Liam Harker; and her siblings, Phyllis Tremblay, Laura McDade and Elmer George Tuttle, Jr. (Rhonda). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar McCullough Funeral Home (417 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
