He was predeceased by: his parents, Kendall Starnes and Geneva Starnes; his wife Barbara Pender of Fort Valley; and his sister Iris Lusk. He is survived by: his children, Teri Lynn Knight (Starnes) of Bonaire, Rita Starnes-Tinney of Warner Robins and Mark A. Starnes (Michele) of Milton, GA.; and his grandchildren, James Patrick Tinney of Kathleen, Anna Kathryn Tinney of Warner Robins, Ella Grayson and Avery Kendall Starnes of Milton, GA.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar McCullough Funeral Home (417 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Instead of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of LaMoye "Pat" Starnes to the Masonic Home of Georgia (https://masonichomeofga.com).
