He is survived by: his wife Peggy Fields Dismuke; his son Greg Dismuke (Kim); his grandchildren, Dalton Dismuke, Sydney Holcomb (Jarrett) and Tamara Morfoot; and his siblings, David Dismuke, Donna Lawhun Dearth (Rich) and Danny Lawhun (Renee). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
