He is survived by: his daughters, Candice Cram (Zack Ross) of Arizona and Rachel Blackburn (Shawn Deforest) of Utah; his sister Dee Manning (Duane) of Warner Robins; his grandchildren, Shayla and Allie Deforest; his nephew C. J. Fox (Laura); his niece Michelle Fox; his great-nephew Jude; and his great-nieces, Lyla and Bria. He is also survived by three uncles; one aunt; and several cousins.
