She was predeceased by: her grandparents, David Cooley and Marcella Clements; her great-grandparents, Grover Clements, Eva Switzer, Bobby and Barbara Cooley; her grandmother Janet Fansler; her children, Mililani Rosalie Blake of Ogden and Makaio Allen Mullen of Terre Haute, Indiana; her siblings, Sabrina Marie Cooley (Jamar Strohm) of Sigonella, Kayla Ross (Jim) of Reno, Bailey Campbell (Dylan) of Brocton, Leen Aljamal of Amman, Jordan, Brendan Fansler of Paris, Josh McIntyre (Danica) of Kansas and Hashem Aljamal of Irbid, Jordan; her mother-in-law Edith Whitbey of Henderson; and her nieces and nephews, Mia Grace Fansler, Lacey McIntyre, Ryan Strohm, Nikolai Strohm, Russell McIntyre, Landon McIntyre, James Ross, Clark Ross and Knox Campbell.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Keana Blake to any charitable organization for cancer research, suicide prevention, or domestic abuse.McCullough.
