We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2023, at the age of 95, Julia Bargeron Waters of Warner Robins, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Manning Everett Waters; and her son Allen Waters. She is survived by: her sons, Edison Waters (Pat) of Charleston, S. C., Marcus Waters (Linda) of Warner Robins and Dwayne Waters (Lisa) of Merritt Island, Fla.; and her siblings, Thelma, Norma Lou, Frances and Jobie. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
