She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Virgil Morin and Mildred Morin; her husband Elmo Cook, Sr.; her children, Ron Cook, Elmo Cook, Jr. (Bobbie Jo) and Tami Holovach (Mike); her grandchildren, Mari Louise Bates (Rebecca), Jared Cook (Dallas), Emory Cook (Alexis), Tommy Cook, Autumn Woodall (late Michael), Summer Martucci and Dominic Dillard; and her brother Thomas Morin (Anna).
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Judy Cook to Alzheimer's Foundation of America at 886 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA 31201.
