He is survived by: his wife Patricia Pitcher Upshaw; his children, Angela White of Belleville, IL and Bryan Upshaw (Missi) of Warner Robins, GA; his grandchildren, Dylan White, Ashlynn White, Sierra White, Mitchell Upshaw and Alyssa Upshaw; his brothers, Merlin Upshaw (Alice) and Jack Upshaw (Patricia); and his siblings-in-law, Betty George and Steve Boaz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
