With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Edwin Trussell (Warner Robins, Georgia), born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on January 1, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Rufus Trussell and Mozelle Smith Bryan; and his half-brother Danny Mays. He is survived by: his wife Lara Nix Trussell; his daughters, Amber Cleghorn (Jim) of Kathleen, Kristin Lester (Jordan) of Hubert and Meredith Lynch (Chris) of Perry, Georgia; his grandchildren, Parker, Anna Cleghorn, Elias and Harper Lester; and his siblings, John Trussell (Billie), Grady R. Trussell, Jr. (Carol) and Peggy Lobertini (Mike). He is also survived by family and his friends.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be given in memory of Joe Trussell to Second Baptist Church Building Fund at 2504 Moody Road, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
