He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim H. Halligan and Alice Thompson Halligan; his wife Bessie Jackson Halligan; and his granddaughter Cindy Wallace. He is survived by: his daughter Linda Ramsey of Centerville, Georgia; his grandchildren, Julie Harris (Randy) of Aurora, Oregon and Hunter Ramsey (Chrischel) of Canton, Georgia; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Wallace, Justin Wallace, Shaun Wallace and Luke Harris.
