He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Jackson and Nora Copeland Carter; his wife Iva Jewell Carter of Bonaire; his children, Donna Della of North Carolina and Bradford Webb Carter (Naomi) of Buford; and his stepchildren, Anthony Martinez (Debra) of Sarasota, Florida and Paula Rankin of Michigan. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
