He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Daniel of Warner Robins; his children, Jack Thaxton Daniel III (Nicole) of Perry, Deanna McElheny (Derek) of Perry, Athena McElheny (Ryan) of Warner Robins and Aaron Daniel of Warner Robins; his grandchildren, Cassie Ingram (Rob), Madison Daniel, J. T. Daniel IV, Carson McElheny, Addi Daniel, Parker McElheny, Annabelle Daniel and Cash Daniel; and his siblings, Steven Daniel (Kathy) of California, Stephanie Langston (Greg) of Perry and James Tinney (Shelley) of Douglas.
