He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest A. Tilley and Oretha P. Vaught Tilley; and his siblings, Earnest Tilley, Brady Tilley, Tick Tilley, Roger Tilley and Gerald Tilley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary R. Tilley of Warner Robins; his sons, Frank Tilley (Dawn) of Warner Robins and Mitch Tilley (Sheriann) of Culloden; his grandchildren, David Tilley, Brittani Tilley, Jacob Tilley and Jessica Tilley Frets; and his siblings, Ray Tilley of Maryland, Randall Tilley of West Virginia, Rondell Tilley of West Virginia, Patty Ann Byars of Indiana, Ethel Day of West Virginia and Brenda Kay Tilley of West Virginia. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
