He was predeceased by: his parents, Elemer Sr. Clark and Ruby Toliver Clark; his wife Vivian Smith-Clark; his siblings, Willie, Alice Mae, Elmer Jr., Gloria, Joseph, Dorothy, Peggy and Roy; and his grandson Jamal Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Jornall and Jovan Smith of Warner Robins, Georgia; his goddaughter Arnishkia Nelson of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Jornall, Jr., Jayda and Jakorian of Warner Robins, Georgia; his great grandchild Janavia; his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Jackson of Warner Robins, Linda Watkins of Warner Robins, Lorann Nelson of Warner Robins, Joyce Smith of Warner Robins, Dr. Rutha Jackson of Bonaire, Georgia, Willie James Tharpe of Macon, LeRoy Bagley (Diane), Charles Smith (Sharon) of Lorron and Lenyard Smith (Louise) of Warner Robins; his granddaughter Leilani; his aunt Myra Halliburton (George); and his niece Rosie Walker Woodford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a special friend.
