He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Glenn Waldon Morningstar II (Denise), Kathryn Verhage and Rebecca Morningstar (Donald); his grandchildren, Trey, Allyson, Addysin, Katelynn, Sophia, Kinleigh and Alexander; his great grandchildren, Autumn, Atty, Silas and Luke; and his sister Sheri Morningstar-Martin (Michael).
