He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Parker and Evelyn Parker; and his sister Shirley Reittinger. He is survived by: his wife Raisa Parker; his children, Sonia Marie Grady (John) and George Arthur Parker, Jr. (Alycia); his grandsons, Samuel, Jacob, Jonathon, Jake and Owen; and his siblings, Cora Parker, Lora Hamm, Betty Jean Robideau, John Parker, Cheryl Kennedy-Byrd, Robert Parker and Darlene Parker-Palmer.
