He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Phillip Bieber, Sr. and Minnie Ruth Bieber; his siblings, Donna Middlebrooks, Devereaux Bieber and Stan Bieber; his daughter Ruth Marie Koske; his uncle Grayson of Texas; and his aunt Louise Meaders Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Marie Sanderlin Bieber; his daughter Sarah Anne Middlebrooks; his granddaughters, April Marie Heath and Natalie Anne Heath; and his siblings, Darlene Layson and Danny Adams. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, and 7 great-nieces and nephews, as well as other extended family.
The family asks that live plants or donations to the American Cancer Society be made in lieu of flowers or other gifts.
