He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara Jane Blissett Gross and Earnest Grady Gross; and his siblings, Johnny Robert Gross of Juliette, Clifford Talley of Florida and Maybell Napier of Florida.
He is survived by: his brother Noah Stanley Gross; his sister-in-law Arminda Gross of Juliette Georgia; and his sister Mary Lou Posey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
