He is survived by: his father Jerry Bush (Kimberly); his daughters, Brianna, Bethany and Brooklyn Bush; his mother Sherrie Rollins; his siblings, Jerod Bush (Kim), Ashley Bass and Lee Head; and his stepfather Bobby Rollins (Mike Scrapchanski). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
